Sail Aways are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sail Aways will run rain or shine. In the event that the Captain must cancel the Sail Away due to severe weather, Sail Away will be rescheduled for the next available timeframe. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Sail Aways will pick-up and drop-off at Port St Pete.


There are foreseeable and unforeseeable risks involved in sailing, including risk of loss, damage or destruction of personal property, including clothing and jewelry. These risks include but are not limited to participation in outdoor activities and being exposed to the elements. The consumption of alcohol and/or mind-altering substances before boarding or on-board a sea-going vessel, whether or not at sea, is dangerous and likely to increase risk or personal injury and damage to property.
