All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Festival will run rain or shine. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

There are foreseeable and unforeseeable risks when boarding a working sailing vessel, including risk of loss, damage or destruction of personal property, including clothing and jewelry.

These risks include but are not limited to participation in outdoor activities and being exposed to the elements. The consumption of alcohol and/or mind-altering substances before boarding or on-board a sea-going vessel, whether or not at sea, is dangerous and likely to increase risk or personal injury and damage to property.

Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
